Technical condition regarding construction of infrastructure and required financial investments (thousands manta)
- Existing drinkable water lines are laid on 1988 and their length is 54 km.
- Number of population is increased for 3 times since 1988 year.
- Water pipeline provides with drinkable water only 26 % of population dwelling on the center of city.

- The length of existing sewing pipeline is 24 km, 4 km of pipeline is unfit for use absolutely.
- 3 suburban lakes are polluting strictly due to absence of cleaning settings.

3. Capital repair of ways
- Only 10.2 km from 62.6 km internal ways of city is covered with asphalt.
- Capital repair works on village ways over the region with 364 km length
- Capital repair reconstruction of 19 km part on Insmayilly – Lahij way.
- Capital repair of 6 km way to Ivanovka village from Ismayilly – Qarameryem highway.

4. Restoration of central heating system
- Equipment heating 41 communal dwelling building is out of order due to not exploitation for long time.
- 14 boiling house should be constructed for heating dwelling houses.

5. Capital repair of Child Creative center building in park named by H.Aliyev
- Building of Child creative center situated in park was given to exploitation on 1987.
- Capital repair and reconstruction of building is necessary.

- Supply of electric power, gas and drinkable water, and construction of a bridge with 22 meter length

Information regarding existing technical condition of infrastructure
1. Drinkable water supply of city
- Existing water pipeline was laid on 1988 year and its length is 54 km. The water is provided to city by Kheneye-Ismayilly water pipeline. The pipeline is able to provide only 26 % of city population because the infrastructure of city is expanded and the population of city is increased for 3.1 times in comparison to 1988 year (5800 persons in 1988, 17800 persons to 01 January of 2008 year).
2. Sewing system and cleaning settings
- The length of existing sewing pipelines of city is 24 km. 4 km of these pipelines is ufit for use completely.
- “Eyri chay” basin, water storage in the center of “Ashig Bayramly” and Ivanovka villages are polluting due to absence of cleaning settings.
3. Internal ways
- Only 10.2 km from 62.6 km ways of city is covered by asphalt-concrete.

- You may say that, there is no central heating system in last three year in city excluding new constructed dwelling and administrative buildings. Equipments providing 41 communal dwelling buildings with heat are failed because of not long time usage.
5. Other objects
- The building of Child Creative Center situating in Heydar Aliyev park had been given to exploitation in 1987 year. The building became worthless due to not repair since that time. The building needs to be capitally repaired and reconstructed.
- Due to increasing of Ismayilly city population there was considered to allocate area for 500 families and this will cause to generation of new d welling estimates. There is necessary to create relevant infrastructure in that estimates.
Proposals regarding reconstruction of infrastructure (in thousand mantas)
1. Drinkable water supply of city:- Laying of water pipeline in 27 km length from Chaygovushan village Ismayilly city.
- Laying of 35 km length water pipeline inside the city. Building of 3 water storage with 1000 ton water capacity;
- Digging of 25 artesian wells in places where there is no natural springs, including 5 artesian wells in city;
Required investment – 10500.0
2. Reconstruction of sewing system:
- Laying of 30 km new sewing pipeline. Capital repair and reconstruction in 4 km of existing sewing system;
Required investment – 5419.9
3 Installation of cleaning settings:
- Installation of 15 cleaning settings totally in regions for preventing pollution of “Eyri Chay” basin, water storages in “Ashig Bayramly” and Ivanovka villages with sewing waters;
4. Capital repair of ways:
- Conducting capital repair works in 22 streets (totally 52 km) in Ismayilly city which are under the balance of “Yolneqliyyatservis” Department and in village ways with 364 lengths;
- Capital repair and reconstruction of 19 km part in Ismayilly – Lahij way;
- Capital repair of 6 km way to Ivanovka village from Ismayilly – Qarameryem highway Required investment – 1 000.000
- Installation of 14 boiling room for heating communal buildings in territory of region in winter;
